Unfortunately, the ubiquity of bachelors degrees and the ease with which they can be purchased has flooded the market with bachelors degree holding morons who are selected for jobs despite being woefully unqualified because the hiring managers perpetuate the belief that a four year degree still means something. Meanwhile, people with a solid skillset, experience and qualifications are passed over for opportunities because they don’t hold a magic piece of paper.
